Office Assistant - Job Description
Geneva based professional moving company, M.K Movers is seeking a well organized full-time Office Assistant. Our perfect candidate thrives on great customer service while also being detail-oriented, proficient with all Microsoft programs and Google email. Carrying out daily tasks such as answering phones and creating estimates - the Office Assistant will report to the Office Manager.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Answer new inquiries - Phone, Email and Inquiry software.
- Estimate and schedule moving jobs
- Greet Clients and Visitors
- Create estimate folders
- Answer and return voicemails in a timely manner
- Respond to inquiries and reviews from social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, Google)
- Filing of completed paperwork
- Helping to organize and maintain office common areas.
- Occasionally run out-of-office errands
- Other duties as needed
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- Previous experience in an office setting preferred, not required
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Sharp-minded, organized, independent individual
- Must have a valid Driver's License and a vehicle for travel may be required
- Weekly Hours are 7:45AM - 4:30PM, some days you may be requested to stay later to complete the tasks for the day
