THE M.K MOVERS WAY

The day before you move you will receive an email from the M.K Movers office administration. The email will confirm pick up location, scheduled arrival of your moving team, and any additional requests we have for you ie wardrobe boxes. 

When your movers arrive, you will be greeted with a smile by your lead foreman. 

The lead foreman will request a walk through to identify any items that need special care as well as items you need off the truck first. This will help your M.K Movers team plan accordingly to better serve you.

Once we complete the walk-through, our top priortity is to make sure we protect your home. 

This includes laying moving blankets, boxes and or carpet shield in high-traffic areas. We will also wrap banisters and railings to ensure their protection.

Now that we have introduced ourselves, completed a walk-through and protected your home we will start loading the truck.  

We will move quickly and carefully making sure all items are packed in the truck properly for safe transportation. 

While safely packing the truck we will dis-assemble any bed frames, tables or hutches to ensure safe transportation.

Whether moving from a house, condo, apartment, or moving into storage we will begin to reverse the process. 

We will do a secondary walk-through of your new home noting any concerns, narrow hallways, or tight stairs. We will also protect any areas that require protection as we did in your previous home. 

Again, we will work quickly and safetly to unload your belongings. Along the way we may need your help to point us to the right room. 

Once we have unloaded your household items, we will re-assemble your bed frames and any furniture we dis-assembled. 

Everything is now safely off the truck. 

Prior to payment, the lead foreman will walk-through room-by-room with you to make sure all the furniture has arrived and has been placed in the correct location. 

At the end of the day, our goal is to make sure our customers are happy. 

Moving can be stressful but with the M.K Movers team, you will have someone you can trust throughout the entire moving process.
